Q. What is your minimum order quantity?
A. Lock Joint Tube’s minimum order generally is 5,000 feet; for larger size tubing the minimum may be up to 10,000 feet. Also, the minimum order for special shapes requiring additional set up may exceed 5,000 feet.

Q. What is your standard lead-time?
A. Standard lead-time for random mill lengths is 3 to 5 weeks; for cut-to-length tubing, please add 5 to 7 working days. However, always call and let us know what you need and your absolute deadline. We are flexible and make every effort to meet customer needs.

Q. Do you stock material on your floor for general sale?
A. Lock Joint Tube does not make stock tubing for general sale. However, we would be happy to check our inventory for product that would meet your specifications or requirements and, if possible, make the necessary arrangements.

Q. How quickly will I receive a quote, after I have submitted an inquiry?
A. Our standard policy is to get a completed inquiry back to the customer within a 4-hour window. However, if the inquiry requires special tooling – our response will take a bit longer.

Q. When is your next rolling?
A. Generally, the next rolling for any particular size will be within 3 to 5 weeks…but it could be next week so call 1-800-524-6233 to contact your inside sales coordinator for a price and delivery!!
