The 177,000 square foot manufacturing plant has rail access and is strategically located close to excellent inter-state trucking routes. This location is key to low cost raw material sourcing. LJT-TX slits its own coil stock, which is then consumed on three state of the art tube mills. LJT-TX and its ownership recognize modern technology as an integral part of the world-class customer service provided at this facility. |
| LJT-TX houses three tube mills - equipped with Mair automated packaging lines. The mills are capable of running rounds from 5/8" round up to and including 3" round. Currently the Texas plant is tooled through 2-1/2" Round. We manufacture associated squares, rectangles and special shapes from these parent round sizes. Gauge capabilities are from .035" to .120". Please inquire for lighter and heavier requirements. Using three high-speed Haven cut offs, LJT-TX can handle your cut to length requirements. |
